If you need help this is the wrong place to go. They basically been playing games with my family and telling us to do all kinds of crap. They said they lost our paperwork. The people that work their treat you with disrespect and I feel like they do not know how to do their job and quite frankly should be fired. They give you attitudes. I also feel like their turning my family away because we are not their color. I'm not racist, I have friends of many colors and backgrounds.The way they treat people outside their skin is sad and. All we need is a little bit of help and they treat us like we are low lifes.
