I have bought several major products over the years. Mark one always been friendly. Anytime I have ever needed service or just a question being answered mark one has always been very helpful while being very professional. Anytime I have ever needed service the job was completed timely and they explained what they 3xactly did. Even if you didn't purchase an item such as a hot tub the will service your item with the above said professionalism. I would recommend buying any item from this store without hesitation. A great experience

It's a shame that people post something like that without getting the problem resolved first. We got our pool from them and have been very happy with it as well as mark one's help and service. I would Defiantly recommend them.

Run..Run as fast as you can in the opposite direction. They were as helpful and accomodating until we purchased, then we got no follow up service. Also the company they refer us to for installation was horrible. Once again real nice while booking the job, couldn't get them to call me back after that. Until they showed up (at the wrong house down the street). A bunch of shady characters, who basically came in, made it clear we were to just stay out of the way. I ask them to change something as they were setting up and was told, "we asked you once, this is how it's staying" Never, ever, deal with either of these companies again.!
