Auto Plex of St Louis

I worked down the street from this place for right at a year. When I first stoped in the look at a car the owner was there, he seemed very nice. They were very pushy about me leaveing with a car that day which is pretty typical I though. The sales guy call me at least 3 time a week for about 4 week which was find because i wanted a car. I ended up by a van from them. When I went in the license the van the lady and the DMV took all my paper work and walk away in a hurry. When she returned she said i an very sorry but you do not have all your paper work and there is no TITLE for this van. She also gave me numbers to call to report what they had done. she said that she has ALOT of complaints on this company. When I call back to talk to the dealership the guy was frantic and said to come in and get some dealer plates. When we got there the guy said that they were legally responsible. and they would have it in two day. 3 months later i still had no plate on top of that I was unable to drive this car. After doing my own research I founf out the car had a lien against it and that the van was never repair it was brought in on a trade and had not been fully checked are repair. After 3 months and ne contact different agencies they produced a title however when we went to pick up the title the check engine light came on. They said the would take care of any issues it never happen and yesterday 8/29/11 I recieved a phone call for someone who used to woork there. He said he remembers my van and said that he was told to get the check engine light off and drive it 60mile so that the codes would clear now i have a van that i have to pay for that has major issues that would cost thousands to fix. You have been warned!!!

We just bought our car there too.... and I read these reviews a little late but there all true. This place was fantastic ! ! I really felt welcome, and all the cars look so clean and nice. I dealt with mario(great guy) he was very patient with us and made sure we found the right car that fit our needs. We love it ! ! !

Go check it..... I'm not kidding when I say this was the most fun I have ever had buying a car !! The place was beautuiful, all the staff were great , the cars were so well kept. AWESOME PLACE TO BUY A CAR!!!!!!!

Me and wife just bought a car here, and it was the best experience we have ever had buying a car. It was so different because the stress level was so low, the cars were so nice, Tim Everhart the sales manger was just overall a really great genuine guy. I will from no on buy all my cars there so anyone looking for a used car go see them and you'll see what I mean!!!!

We went to look at a vehicle, the salesperson Dominic appeared really nice and warming. After we test drove and made an offer on the vehicle he (salesperson) got really nasty because he did not like our offer. My husband went to shake the salesperson hand for giving us a chance to look at the vehicle. He look at my husband and say not to shaking his and hand and walked off. Horrible service!!!!! Not a very good experience at all. We decided to take our business elsewhere.
