Theobald Construction

We hired Theobald Construction to work on commercial space renovation project. From the beginning to end the job was handled with utmost professionalism. The space is currently one of the nicest ones in Downtown St Cloud - Yana Wellness and Spa

Theobald Construction is ok. Some of the work is really great, but others was unsatisfactory. The Painters never finished my home and it's been a year, Many areas of the home were not sealed properly, I need to re-grout the tile, and the communication with the office was terrible. If i use him again, i would have to stay on top of the project thoroughly form start to finish.
