This cr210 used to have the very best customer service in the city! As of the past 5 to 6 months they have turned over their prior awesome staff to new, extremely rude personnel. I went in for help on a claim and upgrade and Doug was the most rude and unhelpful individual I've ever encountered. He refused to pull up my account saying I was condescending. He told me to come back tomorrow when his manager Justin was in.i went back today to speak with Justin and he kicked me out of the store for not wearing a mask. He didnt even have a mask on when I entered! St John's Fl does not have a mask mandate and there are no signs on the door indicating they're required. (I had left my mask at home.)I never got the help I needed and have been a T-Mobile customer for 21 years with 6 to 8 lines at a time. Time to switch to another carrier if this is the new face of T-Mobile St. John's.
