Eckard's

Fellow supposed to come measure yesterday. Stayed home all day. No show. No call. Nothing today either. Do they really want business?

Last week I went into Eckard's to look at vinyl for my kitchen. Yesterday I went back in with the sample they gave me.A lady took my name and address and phone number . They were to come to my house to measure at 10 A.M. today. They never came nor did they call I then called them. The woman on the phone said they lost my name and address. She stated that that happens. She would not let me talk to the person that runs the store because he was busy with a customer. I guess I was not a customer. The woman did not seem to care that I was a customer too...

Buyer Beware! Had a horrible experience with Eckards. The job was completed, but they put our project behind schedule and ended up charging for additional items that were not agreed upon. Several items not completed to our satisfaction. They did come to review our issues, but would not own up to their own mistakes. Very frustrated with this business and they are still invoicing for items that were not part of the original project! They will provide you a project cost and if they make mistakes throughout the project, they will charge you for their mistakes! Buyer Beware!
