        Don't waste your money. Monte ...

        Don't waste your money. Monte Franklin, the owner, promised to obtain discoverable assets to enforce a court judgment. He issued a report that is so skimpy it is pathetic. Utterly useless to me. The only asset he discovered was my credit card, to the tune of $250, which he refuses to refund.

        Monte Franklin responds: Complete and accurate information was provided to Sean Santoro, Esq, the person who filed this complaint. He is unhappy that the assets belonging to the subject of the invstigation were titled in such a way Santoro could not sieze or attach them. He filed a complaint with the BBB which was found to be without merit. He then tried to reverse the credit card payment of $225.00 but that was rejected as well since his demand was also found to be without merit. So, beware of Sean Santoro, Esq. He doesn't know collection law. This complaint was nothing more than SOUR GRAPES.
