        It's a horrible place to rent from !!! Its a glorified slum community. The pretend they have houses in good neighborhoods and half do everything they do on top of charging you something stupid and ridiculous for rent late charges and the fictitious eviction fee they make you pay !!! stay away!!! Find a private owner or First Key rental is nice
