The company is a single-source contractor that provides services at every project phase from inception to final packaging. C.R. Metal Products has a 100,000-sqaure-foot fabrication facility that operates 24-hours a day and seven days a week. The company s parts are programmed using a three-dimensional computer-aided drafting system to ensure finished part accuracy. C.R. Metal Products finishing division provides separate cleaning and phosphating stages to enable product customization, as well as a silkscreen department that has in-house capabilities that allow for quick turnaround on high-resolution screens. In addition, C.R. Metal s computer-integrated manufacturing system gives real-time job status information. It also ensures that rigorous inspection requirements are achieved in each department before parts can be moved to the next operation. The company is based in St. Louis.
