City Coffee House & Creperie

Experience this time was awful......Crepes were not fully filled nor correctly made and the owner didn't take responsibility for them. Instead she blocked out a complaint and put the blame on the customer (in this case an elderly woman). Water for hot tea was lukewarm. To bad you have to pay in advance. Flat out of luck! What a racket.
