Glow Salon And Spa

I bought my mother & my husband a gift certificate for Christmas. My moms was for a massage & pedicure, she had a great experience with the massage but a HORRIBLE experience with the pedicure. The girl that did the pedicure was Jennifer & my mother said she rushed so quickly and acted like it was a burdon to do her job. My husbands was for haircuts... He had a good experience the 1st time so he requested the same girl the next haircut. When he made the appointment, they said no problem, then when he arrived it was a different girl. He was very upset he does not like surprises like that! But he tried 1 more time requesting the 1st girl he originally had again they said no problem & when he arrived it was another girl he had never seen before! He refuses to go back EVER! There was still $70 left on his gift certificate. So I decided to use it to get my hair colored. I had a very good experience with a lady named Halie so I tried making an appt with her & she was not available. They said Chrisrina was available that day & she was really good, so I said ok. I got a voicemail confirming my appt with Christina 2 days prior to apt. When I showed up they said Melissa will be with you shortly... I said I thought my appointment was with Christina.. The lady said nope it's with Melissa... Well I have a voicemail confirming Christina & I'm not crazy! Now I understand what my husband went through... Melissa did a great job, but I will NEVER go back!!!! 8-24-2013- I am going to try St Louis Spa hopefully it is a better experience.
