Lenny Kagan Law Office

Worst experience I ever had with an attorney. Lenny K responds by saying, "I'm busy". He never returns phone calls and when he does, he's rushing and everything is always fine. But.... It wasn't. Lenny K. took my money and did nothing for me. I would not recommend him to anyone. He talks a good game but doesn't know now to strategize when defending his clients. I wouldn't even hire him to handle a simple parking ticket. He Isn't on time for court nor does he do his job. Shame on you Lenny K. If you don't know what you're doing, admit it and refer people to someone who can actually help them. Lenny K spends more time traveling than he does handling his cases. Beware, you may see him to pay him but you may not hear from him again.... And if and when you do, he still won't know what to do or what's going. If he gives you advice, ask another attorney before you do anything else because it's probably wrong. Lenny K doesn't know the law outside the basic A-B-C's of traffic violations.

I have used Mr. Kagan for tickets a couple years ago. He was very good and I never had to do a thing except pay the reduced ticket. I had him take care of a ticket for my girlfriend, he did get the ticket reduced to a non-moving violation. The only problem is that the court said he failed to appear to the first hearing, so they issued a warrant, and suspended her license. He kept saying everything was fine, and all she had to do is take the copy of the compliance papers to the DMV. For my girlfriend who is a teacher, and a productive member of society, it was not fine to have a suspended license, or a warrant. He did not apologize, he did not contact her to let her know what was going, and after I texted him he did not take responsibility or did not call me to offer any resolution. I don't know what has happened in the last few years but certainly not the service I expected from Lenny.

Lenny is a top notch attorney!!!!! Very knowledgeable and so easy to communicate with. He won my DWI case and saved my license. I refused to blow which was a automatic suspension. Lenny stood next to his promises! I would recommend him to anyone with confidence! Not to mention he is a nice person with a good heart. Which can be rare to find in a attorney. Thanks Lenny!

I know Lenny Kagan via work, but if I knew someone who was arrested for a St. Louis DWI, I would recommend Lenny Kagan in a heartbeat. With my experience with him, I know he really cares about his clients and tries everything he can to drop all charges. He doesn't just settle, he will fight as best he can. That's definitely something I would want in a lawyer.
