        Horrible Service!!!!!!!!!

        We reserved a trolley from Tour St Louis about 7 months out for our wedding. The trolley was supposed to be painted and refurbished before our wedding. We went to check 3 weeks before the wedding. The Trolley was still multi colored, rusted accessories, dirt, scrathes, dents, rusted wheel-wells & wheels. The interior rails were being held together by Duct Tape.



        Now the reason we are giving this review is b/c of the service we were given. We were promised that the trollet would be painted and completely refurbished over 7months ago. The trolley was still sitting there, and they ("Tour St. Louis") actually thought that it would be acceptable to provide that trolley for our wedding day. They did not call us to let us know that there were complications. Instead they decide to cancel our contract, leaving us with only 3 weeks to find a new trolley or bus for our wedding party.





        I wish I had a pic to show. Trus me. It was horrible!!!!!!!!!!



        We definitely would recommend that you find someone else.

        As of spring/summer 2011 Tour St. Louis is under new ownership and management by the St. Louis Carriage Co. St. Louis Carriage has been providing horse drawn carriages as transportation for weddings, parties, and special events since 1986. New trolleys have been purchased, old trolleys have been refurbished, and new employees have been hired. Please give the new "St. Louis Trolleys" a try!
