Weinhardt Party Rentals

I have used Weinhardt's numerous times, including coffee makers and have never had a problem.
I have been extremely pleased with all their products!

Called to rent a chocolate fountain! One of the Weinhardts the owners was talking to me. I kindly just asked if I could have the fountain from thursday and return Monday she said no I can get it Friday (the day of my Wedding) and return Monday otherwise I would have to bring back the fountain Saturday and they are only open until 1pm. So, I wanted to obtain more information and asked how many pounds of chocolate the fountain takes and she said 20lb but minimum 10lb to run, I asked weather it was guaranteed basically I was worried nervous bc its a wedding, so then she replied "Nothing in Life is Guaranteed" with a ignorant voice. Then she said its just a Wedding people are just dipping the chocolate its just for looks anyway. I was about to buy the rental from her but I decided to take my business elsewhere, I dont want to spend my money at a place that is careless and ignorant/rude to their customers. I had a impression that they do not care about someones party even though they should be because every party or event to the person that is making it is important and unique in a way so that should be respected and every effort should be made to help the customer and make them feel like "we are here for you if you need us". These people did not have that impression from a customer nor business point of view. There are plenty of competitors out there might be a little more expensive but at least you can be assured you will receive good customer service and you will be happy with your rental. Thank you

I just used them for my daughers wedding and am so happy I cant stop talking about it. Everything was wonderful and I couldnt be happier.

I recently rented from Weinhardt's for my daughters wedding and I loved their service. I couldnt have been more happy with the linens. A+++

They are always VERY generous to charities. Dale is the best! They get my vote.

Rented two coffee makers. One didn't have the required bottom metal plate. Wire shorted and caught fire. Scorched counter top. Owners said it could never happen. Showed him the burnt (clean through) wire and exposed wires (very brittle). Said the unit could not have scorched the counter. Told him it DID scorch the counter, leaving a dark ring were the base of the unit was sitting. I asked if he was calling me a liar. He said no, he just didn't beleive me!!

Pointed out the fact that he rented out a unit without a bottom and it had faulty exsposed wiring that could have easily caused a fire had it been on one of the tables that had a table cloth (with 400 plus grandparents at school grandparents day). Didn't care and said that it didn't burn the counter top!!!

Do not rent from these people!!!

Used Weinhardt Party Rentals when planning a babyshower and needed some additional seats and didn't have a lot to spend. I watched their video ad and saw the exact chairs I wanted to use.



The staff was very friendly and polite. The chairs were in great shape, which was my biggest concern and were load/unload by the staff.



I was recommend and would use again because of prices and service. That combination will win every time.
