My unit went out recently at my rental house and I knew I couldn’t waste any time with getting it replaced. I called in and spoke with Darrell and he immediately went and checked things out. He went over a detailed list of what was going on and gave me multiple options. I never even felt it necessary to call around for pricing. I knew if he told me it needed to be done, then that was exactly what needed to be done. It was going to be a few days until they could get the unit installed, but he assured my renters and I that he would take care of them. Darrell even offered to bring window units to make sure that they were comfortable. The crew that installed the unit went above and beyond to make sure things were taken care of. They were prompt, respectful, knowledgeable and very clean! I received a curtesy call during the install just to let me know that things were running smooth. I have trusted these guys with my HVAC needs for the last 15 years and they continue to prove to me why I do. There aren’t many folks like this left! Sam Pickern is second to none!
