        We have been so disappointed with the service of this company. A number of residents in our apartment building have call on a broken washer for the last two months and nothing happenes. The company is very friendly on the phone, but if they cannot take care of their customers by simply fixing a washer their politeness means nothing. We will be going to the laundromat like the other residents in our building from now on.

        What a crappy company to deal with...

        Be careful before you sign any paperwork or contracts with them. In fact, don't sign anything with them. The contracts are very mis-leading as the fine print is definitely something you should have your lawyers look at. We never signed any contracts with them but bought a property where the previous owners used their services. Now BDS is forcing us to honor the previous owners contract. I wondered why their contracts were so messed up or worded the way they are, but after speaking to their sales people and their Vice President it was clear that this company is definitely not surviving on the services they provide but are making a living by deceiving people to sign up contracts that are not clear and then forcing people to do business with them as they do not have a choice.

        AND FOR A VICE PRESIDENT OF A COMPANY TO SAY THAT YOU ARE STUCK DOING BUSINESS WITH US TELLS YOU THE LEVEL OF SERVICE YOU WILL GET FROM THEM.....

        BDS Laundry Blows!

        I filled out their online form and called multiple times. One week after my initial request they said they would come fix my washer and didn't. Apparently they are also closed on the weekend. This company is terrible. Learn to communicate and stop ignoring my requests!
