        It depends who is helping you. Some of the guys are super helpful and others could care less and want you out the door. I left today with a horrible sound after getting my tires rotated. The car needed a tire rod. No estimate for work needed and the service person wanted me out the door. It was obvious. Other times they have been great. It depends on who is helping you.

        My car sounded awful...a man on the street sent me here, he takes his car here for everything! Well, they couldn't fix my car, the inside damage was too extensive. They did a little diagnosis, they were very kind & understanding. I felt like they were honest. They didn't charge me anything & let me stay there until I could get a tow a couple days later. I think it was the honesty that really struck me.
