I agree with the first post. This was truly an unprofessional company. Granted I was at fault on a payment and it is their intention to collect payment. However, they contacted my place of employment. I called them and told them not to call my employment again. I then agreed to their settlement offer. I was still hounded by yet another collector from their agency and ANOTHER call was placed to my employer. This violates consumer laws and I will tell anyone who has to deal with this agency to make Frontline ASSet Strategies use as much time, effort, and money to the greatest extent possible before coming to any agreement (or write the original creditor and tell them that you want to settle if they find another agency to do their collecting).

Talk about a bad experience. This company would not work with me at all. I wanted information reguarding the account they had in question and they slammed the door.The lady supposedly working on the account was rude and unprofessional. Quite a different experience from the mission statement that you claim to strive for in your ad. I would suggest reviewing your tactics and not treat the people you have to deal with all the same. Some people really want to work out the problem and come to a resolvable end. Not with the way I was treated however.
