Working with "Bob" (the boss!) has been one of the most unprofessional and bitter experience we have ever had. It seems 'customer satisfaction' means nothing to them. I wish we held half of the payment until the job was accomplished because he basically never showed up at the end to evaluate the situation and when called he very ungracefully hung up on us. His voicemail has no space so we can't leave a message either. He overcharged us for the work and the goal was never achieved as promised. The owner appears to be a greedy person who is skilled at cheating customers out of their money. FYI: his business is NOT BBB accredited which we failed to check before hiring him.
