Roto Rooter came out to fix my toilet and they did a great job, the guy covered his shoes so not to mess the carpet and he repaired my toilet and clean up the mess.j He also explain to me the cause of the problem and how to prevent this leaking toilet in the future. He also gave me an estimate on a faucet that I will need repaired in the next month. I was really impressed with his knowledge and now how. I would definitely use Roto Rooter again. Thank you.
Extremely fast. Called, they were out within the hour and were able to fix my problem immediately.
We started experiencing some back-up in our basement drain... it was late in the day and the other plumber service was ready to set-up appointments the next day (and charge for the estimate, too!) - Derek from Roto-Rooter was there in an hour with a free estimate. He was great to talk with and had a lot of good information about older homes like mine... he even had a few different ideas to try as we attempted to figure out how the clean-out system was put in by the former owners. We finally figured out how to access the problem and he had it fixed that night. Derek was also very knowledgable with prevention of recurrence. He was so nice to work with, it was almost like a friend had stopped over for the evening - except for the whole plugged-up basement plumbing problem.
Derek 0014 did an excellent job. He was in and out in the time frame he stated. This man was polite and very professional explaining everything he was about to do. If I need help again I would ask for him again.He is a keeper as an employee.
The Technician was very friendly and helpful. He answered all of my questions and had our drain up and running in a short time.
