Ace Tire & Auto Repair

I've been going to Ace Tires for years and have been totally satisfied, they checked my tires for free and anytime my engine light comes on they checked that totally free, they back up their work, they are always Pleasant when waiting for brakes or tires to be done, fast and great service, can't praise them enough

Stopped in here with a leaky tire and had it plugged. The technician tipped my factory alloy wheel over on a concrete curb and scratched deep it in multiple places VERY noticeably not just surface scratches, I observed this occur. Tech, manager and owner denied it happened and blamed the damage on me, sigh. Owner was very rude and dismissive. What a mistake giving these guys a try. I'll have these scratches on my wheel now to remind me to stick with a reputable business.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! This place used to be honest, I dont know what happened;. This last time was the last straw. On the way to pick up a pizza my tire blew out in front of this place. Knowing that my boyfriend had taken his car here several times for car repairs, having to turn around and go back days later to have the problem originally addressed re-fixed, or a whole coincidentally new problem fixed to the tune of 2000+ dollars, I still stupidly went here. They didnt have the right size used tire so reluctantly I let them put the incorrect size on (took them an hour to install ). The VERY NEXT DAY the tire went flat, brought the car back since they offer a 30 day warranty and they were going to patch that same faulty tire and put it back on my car, I didnt want that so the owner offered to sell me a used tire at the price of $92 when they normally go for $102. He said he'd take off the price of the used tire wh9ich was 43. When I walked out of there and looked at the receipt he charged me 63 dollars, So I paid 106 dollars for a new tire.

Avoid this place like fire. I was warned by locals the owner is rude and most importantly this place has old equipment to do alignment that is why you can not expect they can do the job. Well I thought I will give it a shot. When I came to pick up my van I had a feeling nobody even touched the car. Alignment in my car was as bad as the day I dropped it off. Very quickly the owner started giving me all kinds of excuses. At this point I just wanted my money back because I was in rush. He refused to do so and started calling me names and told me to learn English... I have been in States 12 years - LEGALY, got my education at UF, I run business myself and hire locals. I try to treat everyone with respect but this man acted like a thug. I wonder if this gentleman has an issue with minorities and that is the problem because I don't think it is so hard to accept that you simply did a poor job.



If you're thinking about giving him any business don't waist your time. I was also interested in buying used tires cause the shop says there is the best price on everything. Well he said he didn't have any good deal on used ones but I can buy new ones.... At the end I must say that the manger in the office is very nice and tries to be helpful. Maybe his boss could learn something from the employees.

I am a total stranger to you, and therefore you have absolutely no reason to believe me. But these type of forums are meant for an individual like me to voice their opinion, and that's all I want to accomplish: Stay as far away from these people as you can; trust me, saving a few bucks in the long run isn't worth the lies and deceit this business dishes out.

The service is Fantastic...I have been Taking my 2 cars here for 5 years,they have always done a great job...the customer srevice is awsome ..They always answer all my questions and concerns...And if they don't know they look and find an answer.....I know i can trust them to do a great job... and the prices are the best around....Over all I would not take my cars to anyone else ....And would recomend this place to anyone....
