All County Suncoast Property Management

Company is not direct and tends to bend the truth in order to get further payment. They have not only once but twice misinformed me about payment resulting in extra fees. Hopefully this time they will actually be honest and true to their word, but I doubt it. Honestly the most unprofessional company I've worked with. Apparently they have no information on file about me because they did not know when I move out
Also that early September is not 30 days before September 29th and did not bother to mention it when I called about moving out that I would need to let them know a month a head. A month prior??? Nothing was communicated but its apparently all on paper somewhere that I can not even access!! Now they are trying to stick me with not only the two mentioned fees but an additional $500 renewal fee on top of a raised rate when I am not renewing my rent. I an supposed to pay double for your mistake and misinformation? Honestly would and will be steering other customers clear of this company, please please rent else where. It's worth it to pay an extra monthly then deal with all this extra and fees!

Pathetic. Number one, if there are applicants in running for a property, they ask for applicant fees to be put in line for consideration, even after they have accepted an application. BEWARE. If you want to lose 150 dollars, go ahead and apply. they are liars!

Very rude people who work for this company especially Sharon Konrad. I like where I live but wI'll br moving due to this property management if you can even consider calling them that. Not at all property management.

I am compelled to write a review after seeing all these old negative reviews. I am an owner and All County manages my condo in Seminole, FL. My property manager, Alicia, is attentive to my questions and seems to really care about my property. I am a very happy owner and my tenants seem happy as well as they pay rent on time and keep my condo nice.

All County manages my Condo in Seminole and they have always been prompt with contacting me when the tenant has an issue. They are quick to fix any issues that arise and they are always prompt when I have questions. I am very happy with them! All my headaches of renting, tenants, plumbing and appliance issues have gone away!!

This has been the most awful rental experience in my entire life. None of the appliances worked, the roof leaks, and the people in the office are rude and dismissive.
