General Info: With grooming careers spanning two decades, nobody knows doggie hair care like Peggy and Beth. These ladies joined forces in 1988 with a goal in mind: to raise the bar for excellence in pet grooming for the Tampa Bay area. They established their first shop in St. Petersburg in the 4th Street Center, a space they quickly outgrew. They soon expanded to a larger space in the Pier One Imports center on 4th Street North, where they bathed and groomed St. Petersburg's finest dogs until 1997.
