New York Nails

TERRIBLE! I got acrylic french. The lady cut the skin around my nails numerous times with the nail drill they use to buff the top of your nails. It's like she couldn't see what she was doing. Finally after I showed her a drop of blood, she was a little more careful. Most of the tips she put over my nails were too small and when I pointed out that you could see my nails under the fake ones, she just said the next size up would be too wide and she would not fix it. She also cut all my real nails all the way down before the manicure after I told her not to! So now I'm left with fake nails shorter than my real nails, ugly cuts on almost each finger beside my nails, and too small nails. Also, my appointment was for 5 (which they urged me to schedule an appointment & not walk-in) and they didn't take me until 5:30. Please don't go there!! Worst experience ever!
