Wonderful experience!!! Great little store with a genuinely kind owner! I have never received such amazing customer service in my life. Forget Lowes or Home Depot I'll be going to Putnam from now on!!

This place is great I have been going there for over 20 years! Not a big store but always seems to have that something your looking for and if they don't then he can tell you exactly where to get it. They're awesome!

A true throw-back hardware store run by a very knowledgeable gentleman. A treasure trove of all those parts we need around the house and the big-box store doesn't carry or can't find. Not only does this store carry the parts, the owner can tell you how to fix the problem.
