        I searched for a rental car company about two weeks prior to my trip to Boston. The ones I saw near the airport have reasonable rates, and so I signed up. Fortunately, a friend in Salem offered to pick me up instead, and suggested that I look into an Enterprise near their house. Boy, I discovered that their weekly rates were hundreds of dollars lower than those near the airport. The staff were friendly, and gave money saving tips as well. Ex: Instead of paying for extra drivers for each day, I found out I can simply call their office to add or delete the names. Provided, of course, that the extra drivers were present at sign-up, or personally showed up to present their licenses - to get added. So, if you are in the neighborhood, check out the Enterprise, Salem branch!
