I drove over 2 hours to Mastriano Motors to purchase my vehicle and I don't regret it. Purchased a vehicle after they squared away some concerns for me. After my purchase of a USED vehicle obviously its a used car theres gunna be an issue or 2. I had a minor issue that took a couple tries to find the culprit but they worked with me on it 100% and never had an issue with it. Very respectful and caring.

I absolutely love my Jeep Wrangler Sahara!! Mike is an amazing person to do business with. He addressed a few things that needed to be fixed promptly and even gave me a rental. All work was covered by them. They really take care of their customers. Even my boyfriend bought 2 vehicles, my brother in law bought from him, my friend just bought from him too, all very happy customers! Thank you!!!!!

First off I just want to say that Mike and Rich a couple of good guys. I had bought a 2012 Dodge Ram Dually 3500 diesel. A couple of days after the sale the interior of the truck smelled really bad. Mike and Rich knew I wasn't happy with the truck and said please give us a chance to make it right. Well they did and I am very happy.. They took that dodge truck back and put me in my new one. They took care of me so I brought my husband back with me and he bought a Denali. When we looked at the Denali the seat was ripped and it had a few scratches and such here and there. Rich said whatever is damaged on it I will fix it (they hadn't gone thru it yet...they just got it in) and he did... we picked it up and the truck looks beautiful....after all it is a used car but they wanted to make sure we were all very happy. They get an A in my book...and trust me....I am a tough customer. I made them work for it!

Answered phne calls. Fixed minor issues with car before purchase that I brought up after test drive. Am picking up car tomorrow. Didn't even nees to leave deposit. Just our word and a handshake. Good guys over there. Would go back and recommend.

Richie was awesome! I purchased a 09 silverado and he was very attentive and took care of everything as far as getting me financed. Great car buying experience- i love my vehicle!
