Pier 1 Imports

We bought 9 X 12 rug online. When the box arrived we realized it was too big. I tried to return it to the Salem NH store. They would not accept it because my fiancee wasn't there in person. I had a receipt and she called the store to say it was ok. So we took it to another store, who gladly took it. They were rude to both of us as well. We will never shop at that store again. Too bad, we have been spending a lot of money decorating our new home with Pier 1.
