Called 1 hour before requested pickup time and they were 30 mins late and when I called the owner was extremely rude to me. I was very upset and he said in these exact words "I don't want to hear you complain and cry, go outside and the cab will be there when it gets there but don't call and cry to me ok?" And he hung up on me. There extremely non-punctual. The drivers are absolutely amazing and friendly but the owner who answers the phone is not professional at all. I myself own a business and would never speak to a customer like that. The public is the reason your family eats buddy don't forget that next time you wanna be rude to another customer. It's a shame because the drivers are awesome but I will never give my business to this man's company again and anyone else out there looking for a cab service in the salem/windham/Methuen/Pelham/lawrence area DO NOT CALL SALEM CAB/TAXI.

Their drivers are rude to other drivers on the road. I was followed around the Rockingham mall by a Salem Cab Company car with license plate Salem4 on 7/24/2014 at around 1:15 PM. The guy kept honking at me every time I stopped at an intersection. Sorry, but I actual look both ways before making a turn. Apparently going 5 miles over the speed limit was also highly annoying to this guy. I will never ever use Salem Cab Company. What a rude jerk.
