Polished Nails

I thought I would treat myself to a professional pedicure. I did not have an appointment but they accept walk ins. The wait was not too long. I was told it was the girls first day there. I chose the deluxe package. It was explained to me all nail services come with the gel polish, it is baked on and does not come off until you come back for a repeat visit. The price was not too bad since it included the gel IF that is something I would have wanted. My technician was rough with my feet even after I told here she hurt two of my toes and they were sensitive. She continued and finished up with the less than par French style polish that is now baked on my feet. I got home and figured out my toe nails are sharp and the skin on my feet is not smooth, she did not take the time to smooth out the rough patches. I honestly do better here with that part. I will not be returning. It was below average service and I was forced into the gel polish I am stuck with . The other thing that bothered me is when you have customers present and you speak in another language between employees, I find it rude. I don't think people understand that is rude and considered bad manners to switch between English and a second language so that other people in the room cannot understand or follow the conversation. $75 down the drain.

They make sure they do their best job. I love my nails, they fixed my nails ( that another salon messed up) and made them look and feel great, never cut me either

The lady who did my nails was very kind. But she did cut me, my sister, and my step mom more than once. I wouldn't recommend this salon to a friend

I went today to get a full set of acrylics done after a coworker suggested the place. I was very impressed and have found a new nail salon to go to. All the workers were friendly and talkative. They do great work and the prices are the best. I got five colors on my nails and only had to pay $32. I am so glad to have this place in town. If your looking to get your nails done you have found your place.
