Cascade Door & Millwork

I worked with Nick at Cascade Door and Millwork in Salem, Oregon in order to get replacement hardware for my entry door. Kwikset guaranteed lifetime replacement and I was able to go through this business in Salem to get the new parts. When small inner parts were not found to be he problem with my old hardware, a completely new Kwikset hardware set was given to me. Great customer service, taking care of me well even though I bought the door hardware from them 14 years ago. Bev Ward

This company is unreliable and unprofessional.
When my husband and I scheduled an appointment to have our doors measured the representative (Jay Boyington) not only did not show up but failed to call us to let us know. After an hour past our appt time, I called the company but no one knew where he was or how to get a hold of him. I left a message and he finally called me back later in the afternoon stating he thought he had scheduled it for the next day. I should have known then that they were unreliable.
Unfortunately, we gave them another chance and ordered our doors from them. We scheduled a date and time for them to drop off the doors. This time, we confirmed the appt time the day before. Mr. Boyington, said he would be here between noon and 1 p.m to drop off the doors. By 3 p.m, still no doors or phone call. My husband finally called and he had the audacity to say there would be no delivery today because they ran into some trouble with their first delivery. Mind you, this company does not install doors; customers only order doors from them and they drop them off. So, I can't imagine what kind of problem would prevent them from delivering my doors on the same day. Regardless, they did not have the professional courtesy to call to say they were not coming or apologize.
Honestly, they are the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. My husband and I are looking into getting a refund and finding another company all together.
I would never recommend this company to anyone after our experience.
