I needed a plumber to fix the drain for my washing machine. On time. Pleasant. Very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.
I hesitate to write negative reviews but feel this one is warranted. We contacted Gagle's for plumbing service to repair a leaky faucet, and decided that as long as we were going to pay for a trip charge we would have the handles on four other faucets tightened/adjusted. Our mistake was in not asking for an idea of price ahead of time, and were shocked at the charges at the end. At no time did the technician or his "assistant" offer any explanation or information concerning charges of what appeared to be a relatively simple job, and when questioned at the end, he simply stated that the charges were pre-determined by "computer" and couldn't be adjusted or changed. I would simply advise anyone considering using Gagle's services to ask ahead of time about fees. We will not use this company again.
They just replace my furnance they were in and out in less then 6 hrs thanks gagles heating
