We had an old Carrier with a broken heat-exchanger. Since it was 20 years old, the cost to replace was easily justified.

Ryan came out, gave me an estimate, and had it fully installed the next Monday. No muss, no fuss.

I was on a plane at the time, I came back, checked it out, and they did a really good job. Very pleased with the service, and the price was perfectly competitive. I have had great interactions with all the people at Stout, from Lori in the office, to Joey the service technician, to the installers, to everybody. :-)

Wonderful company whether for installation or service. I've been using them for 12 years, & wouldn't go anywhere else. Richard Sunding is the service pro I ask for, but all the guys are great. Stout is a prompt, courteous, & completely professional business.

Very caring,prompt in making service calls. Quick to answer questions about units. Never leave until everything is checked. Leave it cleaner than when they arrive. Technicians are excellent.

Rick was great. Friendly, knowledgable, and through with explaining what repairs needed done on heat pump. I can't say anything bad about this company. A1

I called Stout and made an appointment for a week later on 6/15/15. They called shortly before they were to arrive to tell me that they had emergency calls from others. I understood and we agreed to 6/18/15 at 1:00. They did not come and by 2:00 I called to cancel. This is not a well run business if the customer does not even get a telephone call when they are running behind. Poor scheduling to begin with and very poor customer service.

I called from GA to get someone to look at my mom's furnace that was not working. After talking with Lori at Stout's Heating & Air Conditioning, she scheduled me in 20 minutes. Talk about great service!



The service technician, Jeremy arrived as scheduled and serviced my mom's unit in no time. My mom said that Jeremy was great and explained everything to her. The unit just needed a good cleaning. You can't find many businesses like this anymore. Truly a honest company.
