        At Aspire Health and Wellness we pride ourselves in offering a very unique approach to healthcare. We take the time to determine exactly what is causing our patients symptoms, then correct the cause without drugs or surgery. We specialize in the implementation of specific orthopedic test and surface EMG scans to determine exactly what is causing our patients specific symptoms. Because pain is usually caused by multiple factors it is crucial that all those factors be explored. Once we determine what is causing the symptoms we take a multisystem approach to treatment. We find that we get much better and longer lasting results than most clinics because we not only treat the spinal/skeletal conditions causing the pain but we also treat the muscular and cartilaginous conditions contributing to our patients symptoms. Our treatment of disc and sciatic pain is also very unique. When we combine Physical Therapy exercises specific for disc and sciatic pain with specialized Chiropractic and Acupuncture Therapies we have reduced and often completely eliminated the symptoms of 95% of our disc patients.         I came to Aspire Health and Wellness on a referral from my nutritional therapist. I'd been having adrenal fatigue, anxiety, general aches and pains and wasn't able to move my left hip due to multiple pregnancies. I'd never had chiropractic work or acupuncture before so was apprehensive as to how it would help. Dr. Bell was so great to explain how the muscles hold the bones in place and how mine had shifted. After just my first adjustment I felt like a new person! I have mobility not just in my hip but he corrected my shoulders from old tennis injuries/ playing as well as two badly jammed/ sprained toes I thought would never heal. I went back for the blood analysis and saw for myself that my blood was indeed sluggish and needed to be cleaned up. A month after taking the digestive enzyme and cleaning up my eating I saw and felt a world of difference in my blood analysis. Dr. Bell was even surprised at how much better it was!! With the acupuncture I only did it twice but I've felt so much less anxiety and mood swings and feel like I'm more in control of my life! Thank you Dr. Bell and Aspire Health for giving me tools to become my best self!

        I was very impressed with the ...

        I was very impressed with the care I recieved at Aspire Health and Wellness. The staff is fantastic and helpful and the doctor I worked with (Dr. Bell) was very knowledgeable but not in an arrogant way (like many doctors). Through the different tests and scans (the surface EMG scan is amazing) he was able to find out exactly what was causing my issues and instead of just giving me pain killers like most doctors in the past have, he actually corrected the cause of my pains without drugs or surgery! The clinic is state of the art and the care I recieved was very different from most chiropractic/physical therapy clinics that I have tried. I think what made the most difference was that Dr. Bell combines the use of spinal physical therapy, chiropractic therapies, and even acupuncture. I've never had treatments that actually seemed to address all the causes of my pain instead of just one or two causes until Aspire Health and Wellness, and it was actually very affordable (since I don't have insurance). I am now completely pain free and I have Aspire and Dr. Bell to thank for it. If you are having any pain at all you owe it to your self to give Aspire Health and Wellness a call. My experiance couldn't have been better!
