Dr. Mark Ralph Ryser, DMD, MD

The office staff at Dr. Ryser's office is shady and deceitful in their billing practices. They billed me at the time of service after checking with my insurance and gave me a total amount due. I paid the amount stated at the time of service and then received a bill months later staying I was 90 days past due on an additional charge from their office! This was the first letter I had received from the office. I should not have received an additional bill as I was told the total amount due and paid at the office. The only thing listed on the bill was "balance forward" and didn't list any other information of what it was for. Proper billing would at least list what the charges are for specifically. After calling and not getting a hold of anyone I left a message and still never heard back and had to continue calling. Horrible customer service! I can also feel the gums receding in the back where the extraction was performed and I don't think they removed one side properly.

I was so nervous about having my procedure done, but everyone was so great and put me at ease. They took such great care of me, from the very beginning when I had my consultation all the way through to my surgery. The office staff did a great job figuring out my insurance benefits and providing me an estimate for my surgery. Everybody was just really nice. I was very pleased with the outcome of my surgery. I have been pain free with no problems. I highly recommend this office!!

Dentist was great. Office was the worst. They failed to file the claim with my insurance company and three months later they were hounding me for not paying my bill. The whole time I thought that the claim was processed. I called my insurance company, and they confirmed that they NEVER received a claim from these people. I would never recommend these dentists to even my worst enemy.
