Garage Works

I was in traffic close to Highland Drive and a white Garage Works branded van cuts me off twice, the second time he would have hit me if I didn't slam on my brakes to avoid an accident. I honked at him. The diver proceeded to flip me off, honk at me, and drive aggressively until I turned off. There were small children in my car. His behavior was appalling. I would never support a business that condones such dangerous, reckless behavior. I will never do business with this company, and I will actively suggest people NOT use this company when looking for recommendations.

Service for initial visit was fine. The work is warrantied for 30 days. However, after their initial visit the same problems returned within 72 hours. Ultimately the issue was never resolved and they wouldn't return calls. We went with a competitor who was better priced and who fixed the issues.

Garage Works has been great to work with. My garage opener broke and another business told me it could not be fixed, but needed to be replaced for more than I thought it should be. Joshua from Garage Works came later that afternoon, took a quick look and told me that it could be replaced and that he had the part. He was done in 15 minutes and it cost a third of the price the other person quoted me.



The business is professional with good customer service.

My Garage broke the day before New Year's Eve, and we were locked in so I called Garage Works. He came out Friday after New Years, was very professional, communicated the issue to me, and charged a very fair rate for the service. I would definitely recommend Garage Works to a friend.

I wanted to write a review of this place only because I believe they deserve it. I have had a garage door issue for several months. I called two seperate Garage Door Companies whom each came out and supposedly fixed my garage. The first time it worked for about a week and a half. The next time I called another place only to have them come out and tell me how bad the first people were and that they had completely disconfigured the entire unit. On top of that I was charged another few hundred dollars. A month later....the same thing happened again.

I called Garage Works and they came out the same day. They told me the reason why I had all the previous issues and explained everything in detail to me. I did have to pay a little more, but I feel it was justified and well worth it. My garage works better than it ever has before and they didn't talk badly about the other two companies either. They just said it was a matter of experience, which by the way was completely obvious.

I would use them again if I ever had to, although I don't think I will need to. Thanks guys for taking the time to come out and for peace of mind.

My garage door wouldn't open yesterday, so I called Garage Works and they came out so quick, that I was still able to make it to my appointment that I had. I think the door works better now too, it didn't shut all the way before, and the guy was able to make some adjustments and now its working much better! The guy was really cool too, he explained all these things about garage doors that I didn't know about, and was able to do all this in about 15 minutes. I was impressed. I would recommend these guys for sure.
