        Altough checks were promised t...

        Altough checks were promised to be free of charge, thiis company withdrew $18.99 from our chedcking account without any authorization. Have been on the phone for more than one hour, and "Pat", a supervisor at this company, informed me that they would contact the branch, and after four hours, this was not done. Won't trust this company any longer, especially, since they do have our checjking account number.
