Moving Connections

An amazing experience! I hired the moving connections to move my family from Provo to San Francisco.The moving crew were exceptional. They were very cautious with my furniture and efficient. Bart was extremely polite and had everything moved and set up in a fast productive manner. I really appreciate such good care and attention.

First, they quoted a higher price over the phone than listed on the website. Then an even higher price when they called the morning of the move.
They showed up 2 hours late. Complained the entire time that we had too much stuff. Took 12 1/2 hours on a job estimated at 5-7 hours and still didn't finish.
Then we discovered my diamond necklace and iPod were missing but can't get any resolution because we didn't report it the night of the move.

I am furious! The first time we moved with them they busted up my TV. After months of arguing they fixed the issue and I was relieved. The head guy reached out to me and made it right. I felt better and was willing to give them another try.

We moved this last May. One of the movers busted the top of my stairs on my hardwood floor. My wife has been calling them for months. being very nice. Well I called Monday and spoke to Brad (this is going on 4 months now). He stated he knew nothing about and the part may be in the warehouse. He went on to say that often times they get parts in the warehouse and they get lost and don't know what the parts are for.

Well he promised a call last Tuesday. No go. Here it is a week later with no call and 4 months with a crappy looking set of stairs in my new home. Both times they busted my stuff. Both times I've had to complain and lodge complaints. And now I'm looking at legal action, small claims court to get the stuff they broke fixed.

Yesterday was the 4th time I've used Moving Connections. They are WONDERFUL! Jack Helm & Josh Young did a fantastic job. Thanks you guys!!!! See you next time :-)

The movers at moving connections are spatially intelligent about the way they moved my furniture, and when they were packing my boxes in the back of the truck; everything fit perfectly. They didn't break any of my things and there were no scuff marks on the walls when they were finished. I was very pleased with the how professional and reliable the movers were that I was happy to treat them to a good lunch and would have easily quadrupled their tip if I could afford it. There are probably many companies out there who move people from place to place but I have never met a company who gave me, (the customer) what I needed to get where I was going.
