Tree Friends of Utah

Very disappointing. Preston came and bid the job in February. On March 2 I asked his company to do the job. Now it's April 19 and I learn he's refusing to do the job for us. His truck has broken down, and he says he doesn't plan to repair it, so I don't recommend calling him for any big jobs.



He said he sent us an email two weeks ago, but I checked my spam and the email did not go through. Why did it take March 2 to April 4 to inform us that the truck had broken down?



Why would a tree service choose not to repair an important piece of equipment?



I would not waste my time getting bids from this company..

I will have Tree Friends of Utah as my Arborists to care for my trees & landscape from now on. I was impressed with their knowledge & the amount of time they took to educate me about my various trees individual needs. They wanted to try & save the trees I thought needed removed because they looked sick, I was delighted when a short time after their tree treatments my trees were much more vibrant in color & healthier! They also did a perfect clean up job, I appreciated that. I recommend this Tree Service to anyone wanting to get the very best treatment.

Tree Friends did such a great job on my trees, my family members and neighbors have already noticed and asked for their contact information!! I was so impressed with how professional their team was and how clean they left my yard afterwards. They cared for my trees just a they would their own. I called Tree Friends for a estimate and they arranged to meet me at my convienience to go over my trees I needed pruned. The Arborist who did the estimate was also the main Arborist when they pruned my trees, I liked that. Their pricing seemed to be very fair for the quality of work they completed. I never knew my trees could really look this great.

I believe they are in good health now as well, since they Fertilized my trees that needed it the most & did it without having to spray the tree. They actually injected nutrients right into the trunk, seemed like a very effective technique & I am confident my trees will be much better off now that Tree Friends has been here.
