Balcones Heights Outpatient Clinic - U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs

I have been seen at this VA clinic for a few years,now. I rarely get a real person,but a recording. A nurse occasionally returns my calls,but I never get to talk with a primary physician. I haven't had a primary doctor since the middle of 2014. I was assigned to a nurse practitioner, last year, without my knowledge. She did a good job,but said late last year,she didn't know where she'd be by next Jan.2015. She recomended that I request a new doctor. I did so. I never got to see this new doctor. I rreceived a call yesterday from balcones heights, that my new doctor was leaving,before I ever got to meet her! I am angry and disgusted with the VA system! So much neglect and disinterest with the Vets! It sickens me!
