Bill Millers has great food, but I'm somewhat disappointed with the quality of service at this location. I have lunch here or get a to-go orders here pretty often. I would say about 50% of the time, there is something wrong with my order. I'm not given extras that I've ordered or I've been given the wrong order all together. It's kind of annoying and I wish the service would match the taste of the food.

I am a frequent visitor to San Pedro location because it's close to my job. Today, I dined in with a co-worker as well placed a to-go order for another co-worker. I was very disappointed to learn that once again the to-go order was not right. Instead of the Combo Meal #04 that I ordered I received a family order of fries. This is the 5th time that I can recall having to return to this location due to an error. On these visits I have been over charged, giving food that is not fresh, and on the other occasions I’ve just been given the wrong order all together.



I truly enjoy dining in this restaurant but when it comes to drive-thru or a walk-up order, there always seems to be a problem. Not only does this cause me to waste time, it also wastes money due to having to return to the location. The only redeeming aspects of this day were the courteous service and the friendly manner in which the employee handled the complaint and the freshness of the order.
