I have known and worked for Bill for the past 7 years. He has never once failed to pay or complete a job. His workers are usually people who are "unemployable" like I was once, that he trains and help become better men, if they have the capacity. The work that he produces has always be of top quality, and that requires lots of attention to the type of employee that he hires to help. Bill has helped changed my life, and continues to do all he can to help those who are willing take instruction for a better future. He is such a good man., and it shows in the beautiful work that he does, and in people like me who have followed his instructions.

Before I begin, "do not use this concrete decorating company". Bill, the owner of concrete decorating, expanded our backyard patio as well as a sidewalk from the backyard to the front. This was stained concrete, and from the beginning we had trouble with cracks in the sidewalk which were the result of water pipe damage which he caused, the water leaks occurred right under the cracks and was present within 2 months of completion of the job. I personally offered to have sprinkler system evaluated before he laid concrete, he stated he could take care of the sprinkler system and it would not be a problem. We had 2 water pipe breakages underneath his concrete causing crack in 2 areas which he stated he would come back and fixed and never did after numerous attempts over 6 months. He stated he would, but never did. Initially he would argue that the cracks were the result of us carrying heavy objects over the concrete or that we caused the cracks ourselves. We were given a three-year warrantee on his work, however he has not come back to fix any of it. He tried a patch job once on the crack which lasted no more than 4 weeks, and looks worse than it did before. Bill is very unprofessional, brags about how excellent his product is, yet his services and guarantee/warrantee or worthless. After repeated attempts to contact him, he has completely ignored phone calls or any other contact. He will certainly be reported to the BBB and I strongly urged all costs emerge 1 good concrete work done not to use him at all. He owns it and operates it and it was a huge mistake using his services. My favorite quote which he told me over the phone was "you got what you paid for"... That should say it all. I would not even give him one of 5 stars in rating him, if in one star would be giving him too much credit

Bill, the owner of Concrete Decorating , agreed to prepare and acid stain our concrete floor. He did not, yet he kept $1100 Deposit and LEFT FLOOR UNFINISHED. He did not respond to multiple BBB, Angie's List, or any personal requests to correct this.
