Dr. Ngo

I have been going here for about a year now and I am very displeased with the service provided by the staff. Dr. Ngo is good but like i said the staff is horrible. I was referred to a specialist by Dr. Ngo and myself n the specialist called n tried for two months to get them to send over my medical records. That was in September, It's December and still nothing. I had a check up due and the lady lied and said she called and left a reminder message. They charged me my copay just to receive n routine shot that only takes 2mins. It's ridiculous. I thought it would get better but it hasn't. Time for me to move on because I have zero patience when it comes to my health.

Have been patients for over 4 years....always attentive to our health concerns. We have referred several friends to her practice; she has seen visiting family members from OOT; assisted w/international patient transfer; great office staff; couldn't be happier with her as our physician. Thanks!
