Farmers Insurance - Jennifer Hickman

Jennifer and her team are the best thing since warm homemade bread (or whatever's way better than delicious bread to you). Seriously. They are smart, hard working, knowledgable, consistent, and a joy to work with; they always seem to respond to our calls, texts and emails in record time; and they have continuously gone the extra ten miles to assist our family with all of our insurance needs (including finding a liability insurance product for my freelance husband even though that's not usually what they do). After 25 years of getting passed from one faceless person to another at USAA despite having all possible banking products in addition to all insurance with them, and never being able to sit in person with someone in banking despite our many years of loyalty, I can't say enough about the positive feeling we get, and especially the SECURITY we feel, knowing we have a solid relationship with an agent and team (We love Becki!) that will always have our back. Kudos to my husband who found Jennifer, long before he found me! We'll never look back and neither will you if you decide to choose Jennifer Hickman Agency for all of your insurance needs.
