Fine Patio Design

Our project included a stamped concrete patio, pergola, outdoor kitchen, covered patio with conversion of an upstairs window to double French doors. Some of the sub-contractors were great: stamped concrete guy, stucco guy, and island kitchen installation guy; however, the crew that handled all else NOT great. Mota subcontractors' quality of work was just not up to par. Ex: for balcony wrought iron, the guy took many shortcuts: no sanding nor use of paint base. My husband was home to catch that. The guy was upset about having to start over and still did a sloppy job - used a paint brush, rust areas are coming through, one of the end caps was not welded on correctly and has popped off. There were other minor details that were not satisfactory: e.g. door hinges do not match our existing hardware. Refer to my review on yelp for more info. We would have had more issues had we not been there around the clock to watch. Overall we are satisfied with the project. I will be contacting Walter on the pending issues which I'm sure he will handle promptly.
