Jack Biegger Inc., Realtors

This has been the worst experience i could ever expect from a realtor agency. This is the first time my wife and I are renting a house and Jack Biegger Realtors has been less than accomidating. They care nothing for their customers, just their money. They never told or gave us any type of decent information when we signed for our keys...They just handed us the keys, took our check, and handed us a piece of paper that had phone numbers which by the way some of those numbers were not even correct, but do you think they were able to give me the ACTIVE phone number? Hell no!! They had us calling here and there. We used our garbage disposal for the first time and then it went out. The repair guy John who is a really nice man i may add, came over and fixed it. Next thing you know, Jack Bieger Realtors sent us a freakn' bill for $45.00!! Uhhh it would have been nice if we were informed that we had to PAY for things that we had nothing to do with...I am in the Army and went through Housing One source near post. Great people, unfortunately THEY have nothing to do with the available houses other than showing it and telling the realtors. I can assure you, that I will be filing a complaint with Housing One source recommending that they do NOT recommend Jack Bieger Realtors to any of our fighting men and women.

This is The WORST realtor place in San Antonio. I don't recommend it to anybody.
