Keith Zars Pools

We have had our pool for just over 3 years now and we are still as happy with it and Keith Zars Pools as the day we signed our contract. The design and build phase went smoothly and on the time line that they laid out for us. During the build, we had no "surprises" (extra costs, delays....). Our construction manager was amazing and made sure that we always knew what was next and that we were completely satisfied every step of the way. Definitely sign up for the maintenance package, it gives us great peace of mind knowing that no matter what happens, it will be fixed with one quick call, getting your pool checked and serviced throughout the year is worth every penny!

My family made a great choice when it came to who built our pool. From start to finish it was an absolute pleasure working with Zars. Our salesman (Curt) was great. He delivered on design and kept our budget. He came out multiple times and endured multiple changes without a blink of an eye. To say he came through for us is an understatement, as he would stop by the house throughout the build just to check on us. My super, Terry Shake, was fantastic. Communication is key to me and he kept me in the loop on everything. If he said they were going to do something, it happened. Zars has everything in house so their craftsman are unmatched. I was fortunate to be able to watch as they built the pool and not once did they shortcut anything. I am convinced that there is not a better pool company on Earth that can rival Zars. They truly are the best at customer service, price, and build.
