Don't waste your time with these people. My AC unit stopped cooling after one year. My ac unit was one year old and installed by these guys. The owner, Larry, refused to honor the internet sales prices/promotions, and he yelled at me when I asked why I was being charged for needing coolant on a new system. He was belligerent and rude. I will never use these guys again. They are a joke. I can't believe that my coolant is leaking on this new system. If you need a new unit or service - go somewhere else. Save the time and frustration and don't use this place.
