The mission also offers various cultural and communications programs that utilize self-expression as a therapeutic moment for persons who are hard to reach and at risk in areas affected by poverty and gang violence. Central City Lutheran Mission additionally operates the H Street Clinic and provides a supportive housing program for homeless persons suffering from HIV.
