        MASS INCOMPETENCE - COMPLETELY DYSFUNCTIONAL

        I called Stater Bros to report the very negative behavior of their staff, at one of their stores, and was met with sheer apathy and total dysfunction. It was delay, deny, deceive, and deflect. The same old worn out dysfunctional corporate tactics that don't work. The staff at this corporate office do not know what they are doing. They are totally incompetent.

        They tried to claim it was my fault that their one of their employees was displaying negative behaviors. We cannot blame our poor behavior on someone else. It's simply not going to work. Anyone who believes this, is delusional.

        One of their managers called me an Okie on the phone, and they tried to lie their way out of it.

        Stater Bros is completely unprofessional and totally dysfunctional.

        Stater Bros has proven time and again - they absolutely have no standards.
